Sensor Concept
Development of the concept, based on your specifications. The result is a technical specification, dimensions, and an estimate of the unit cost (BOM – Bill of Material) and production costs.
Development of the device: Diagrams and PCB
- Electronic schematics, routing, choice of components. Design of the PCB
- Production of test samples.
Firmware Development
Firmware development, based on our standard functional library, which limits the testing phase and the total cost of software development. Integration tests.
Development of the Enclosure and 3D printing
Design of the enclosure and production of the first copies in 3D printing.
Technical documentation
The diagrams, the specifications of the box, all files for production (Gerber files, SMD).
Production of the sensors
We make price requests for the printing of the cards electronics, and component assembly. We then follow the production steps.
Production of the mold and plastic injection
We have the mold made which will be used to produce the cases. Alternatively, we develop the PCB based on a enclosure available on the market.
Certification
We support you in the certification of the sensor (CE…) or in the drafting of the CE declaration.
Final assembly
Flashing of electronic boards, testing and packaging.
